Burly is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
You may install and use Burly on Macs you own or control for personal or commercial purposes.
Supporter license
Burly is free to use. Becoming a Supporter is an optional one-time purchase of $1.99 (plus any applicable tax), processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription and is never charged again. A Supporter license hides the promotions the app shows from time to time; it does not change any other feature.
Your Supporter license is for your own use on Macs you own or control. Please don’t share, publish, or resell your license token.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burly and its authors are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
