- Is Burly really free?
- Yes. Every feature is free, with no account, no trial, and no time limit. The free download is the whole app.
- What does becoming a Supporter change?
- Every so often the picker shows a small promotion for another app by the same developer. Supporters never see them, and they can reach a real person through Contact Support. No feature is held back: the app is the same for everyone.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. It’s one $1.99 payment, and you’re never charged again.
- How do I turn it on after paying?
- After checkout, click Activate and Burly opens with promotions turned off. If the button doesn’t open Burly, copy the license token from that page and paste it in Burly’s Settings, under Supporter. Both need Burly 1.4.0 or later. To update, click the Burly menu bar icon and choose Check for Updates…
- I reinstalled Burly or set up a new Mac. How do I get my license back?
- Use Restore a License with the email you paid with. We email you a code, and the license comes right back.
- Who handles the payment?
- Stripe. Burly never sees your card details.
